Rifampin
Rifampin may decrease the level of lamotrigine in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may recommend a higher dose of lamotrigine if you are taking rifampin and may recommend decreasing the dose if you stop taking rifampin.
 
Topiramate
Lamotrigine can increase the level of topiramate in your blood, perhaps increasing the risk of side effects of topiramate. Your healthcare provider may need to adjust your topiramate dosage to prevent drug interactions from occurring.
