Geodon capsules are available in the following strengths:
- Geodon 20 mg
- Geodon 40 mg
- Geodon 60 mg
- Geodon 80 mg.
An injectable form is also available and is approved to treat agitation associated with schizophrenia.
Geodon is typically taken twice a day. Since taking it on an empty stomach decreases the absorption of the medication into your body, you should take Geodon with food. It is also important to take Geodon capsules at the same times each day to maintain even drug levels in your blood.
